THAT EVIL AGENDA IS CANCELLED

I had been waiting on the Lord that weekend. Saturday was meant to be the final day of the fast.  I just sensed in my spirit to wait for one more day. So, I decided to extend the fast till after our Sunday service.

I sat in my office after service when a minister walked in with the news that on the way back from a neighbouring town after dropping some of the children who come to church, they had an accident.

The person driving dozed off at the wheel. He veered off into the bush and crashed into a tree stump, causing some damage to the car.

The devil was so strategic. He wanted us to have a perpetual memory of that pain- the accident happened right at the junction of my own house. I would have been driving home daily and seeing the spot. Even my daughter was in the car that day. It would have been a scar, but God saved us!

I was so calm. I asked if everyone was fine. There was a stillness in my heart. The devil lost big time!

I want to say to you: That evil agenda is cancelled.   The devil is a liar. Beloved, he who watches over you does not slumber or sleep. You are blessed in your going out and blessed in your coming in.

“Thus says the Lord God: “It shall not stand, Nor shall it come to pass.”

Isaiah 7:7 NKJV

Refuse to live in fear. Let your trust be in the Lord. The schemes of the enemy called the devil will not stand!

Please, this season, do not take divine prompts for granted. Do not joke with the urge to pray and wait on the Lord. Do not just live casually. Be deliberate with your spiritual disciplines. Let nothing steal your attention. Be focused!

Do not joke with the urge to pray because you do not know what is on the way!
