THERE IS MORE YOU CAN BE IF YOU GROW

I took a walk to the generator house in the church as I prayed in gratitude under my breath. I told God how grateful we were for all He had done for us in His favour. 

Then like a burst of light, I remembered that we had gadgets that we could not use because of the weight of power required. Now that we had a better generator, the devices would be put to use. 

At that moment, the Lord said, “There are deposits and resources in your life already that will not be fully expressed until you grow in capacity.”

If you have a “Mansion-sized” assignment, your preparation and capacity cannot be “boys-quarter sized.” You cannot use a tiny generator to power the mansion. It cannot. It will always be overwhelmed. 

Simply put: Growth attracts and reveals grace! Think about our Lord Jesus: 

And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him. 

Luke 2:40 NKJV 

It begins with growth. Some things will only find expression when you grow. Everything a baby needs as an adult is already there from birth, albeit in small proportions, but growth reveals them. 

Growth is a prerequisite for strength. You need to grow to get stronger. If growth is stunted, strength is limited. 

The height of it is that; grace only finds expression in an environment of growth. When you see people doing mighty things, acknowledge the grace of God but also check their growth pattern and investment. 

You have the capacity for more. The only challenge is your refusal to meet the demands of growth. If you grow, you will surprise yourself. 

Grow!
