LAY THAT BED WELL

We spent the night at our friends home. We had an appointment to keep up with in the morning. As we packed our things to leave, I noticed we had not laid the bed. I began to do a rush work of laying the bed- some parts of the sheet were still rumpled.

As I made to rush off, the Holy Spirit whispered to me, “Lay that bed well”. I then did a proper work.

Friend, it occurred to me that one of the ways I was able to overcome bad habits was (and still is) heeding to the instructions of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit can move you from laxity to productivity. He can also coach you from a level of productivity to a higher level of productivity.

Even in a time as we are, you can operate at a mouth-opening level of efficiency by the Spirit of God.

I was walking the streets once and I discarded a nylon of sachet water. The Holy Spirit said, “Go back and pick it”. I did.

You cannot be full of the Holy Spirit and bad character at the same time. Christians must be ambassadors of good character. Do things right whether anyone will see you or not.

When the devil wants to deceive a man, he will tell him “no one will find out”.

Lay your bed well.
