THE PRAYER OF DANIELLE AND THE POWER OF VISION

We went to the building site – the children and I. We began to sing in gratitude to God in the main auditorium. After singing, Danielle began to pray, “Lord, we thank you because of the roof. We thank you for the doors and the windows. Lord, we thank you because we are bringing chairs and tables. Lord, we thank you because this is children’s church”.

I was wondering how she could pull all these together but then the most striking was when she called the main auditorium the children’s church. It touched a deep spot of faith and vision in me. We cannot settle when God still has a great vision for us.

Beloved, you serve a big God- never dream small. You need to understand that while you are trying to get one done, God will begin to plant in your heart greater dreams. You are still in your father’s house but God is already showing you kingship and leadership.

Jesus told us that we need faith like that of a child to operate effectively in the kingdom of God. You must trust God and believe all He says. You must see greatness in unusual places.

Do not let experiences place a limiting bar on God’s vision for you. Dream with God. Walk with God. You will surely see it at the end.

Will you accept God’s dealing with you in the simplicity of a child? Stop arguing. Stop debating. Simply trust Him. He will show you that in this kingdom, possibilities are normal. While you are thinking small, He is showing you bigger things.
