WHO (WHAT) DO YOU KNOW?

A set of seniors in secondary school decided to punish my friends and I. Unfortunately for them, we ran into a teacher that liked us when we were coming back from their classroom. We narrated what happened and he sent for them.

He told them that we knew things that they did not know and they should never lay hands on us again. That became our protection from their bullying.

What saved us from their bullying? Who we knew and what we knew.

Friends, the devil and certain situations of life will harass you except you are certain of who you know and what you know.

If you do not know Jesus, you will remain under the dominion of Satan and sin. But when you come to know the Lord, you are delivered from his kingdom.

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
Colossians 1:13‭-‬14 NKJV

Because of Christ, you become untouchable to the enemy:

We know that whoever is born of God does not sin, but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.
I John 5:18 NKJV

Say with me: The wicked one cannot touch me! What is your own role? Keep yourself from sin. Why? Sin opens the door for the enemy.

Asides from knowing Christ, you must know what Christ has done for you. You must be knowledgeable. Why is that important? Even saints can be destroyed for lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6)
