IF YOU ARE GETTING TIRED IN SERVING

When we were about exiting, the amazing grandfather in the faith said, “There is a young woman that usually help serve me whenever I visit you back in the days”. He tried to describe her. He then added, “I still pray for her regularly”.

I could not believe my ears. This is an act of service of almost twenty years ago and he said, “I still pray for her”. I was shocked.

Beloved, do not let the devil lie to you that your service to God and His kingdom is a waste of time. Do not let anyone sow a seed of weariness into your soul.

There are people who see amazing breakthroughs today that they cannot imagine and they will never realise that it is someone that they served faithfully who is still petitioning heaven for more on their behalf.

Paul admonished the Corinthians and by extension you also: “With all this going for us, my dear, dear friends, stand your ground. And don’t hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort.”
1 Corinthians 15:58 MSG

Beloved, God does not forget. He is not unjust.

“For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do”.
Hebrews 6:10 NLT

Do not get weary in well doing. Do not refrain because it seem as though there is no thank you.

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Galatians 6:9 NKJV

Give your best in the service of the Lord. The Lord never forgets. Your reward is sure.
